Horsemastership Program
This program provides the education and hands on experience in the areas of horse care, horse health and horse management, so necessary in the making of the well rounded rider. The student will have the opportunity to gain all the character building qualities that caring for a horse offers, through responsibilities, self direction and leadership roles.
First Step Program ages 5-7yrs.
Take the first step into the world of horses with this great enrichment activity. Games,coloring pages and one on one instruction make this an excellent start for the very young rider. Your child will be delighted at their first exposure to the world of ponies!
Chance to Advance Program
These is a lease/practice program that includes one scheduled hour of practice riding per week. The student has the opportunity to do independent riding to practice and enjoy skills learned in the lessons. At Thunder Bay you do not have to own a horse to enjoy all that horses have to offer.
Lesson Program
Our lesson program is based on a system of skill levels. Each level sets the foundation for the next skill level. The students are grouped by their skill level allowing opitumum progression. Our groups remain at four or less to maintain the quality of instruction.Our programs revolve around safety, fun, education and indulging their passion for riding.
